PROCESSING

All orders are Processed and shipped within 3-7 business days (this does not include weekends) We are a small business and sometimes we can get a little backed up, especially during times of high volume such as holidays. Feel free to contact us if it’s been more than 7 business days and you have not received a shipping update.
 
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. At this time, we are limited in our ability to make changes to an order once it has been placed. 

SHIPPING 

Shipping delivery time is 3-7 Business days from the processing date. 

A tracking number is emailed to you when we create a label and begin working on your order. If you do not receive a tracking number please feel free to email us and we will gladly look into it.

 

 CUSTOM FEES & IMPORT TAX

All international orders are responsible for customs and import taxes. Purgatory Candle Co. will not be held liable for custom fees or import taxes. 

 

MISSING PACKAGES

Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate, please contact your friends/family members + neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. 

We cannot replace missing or stolen packages at this time.
